It has been constituted to regulate non formal Primary, Middle, Higher Secondary (10th), Senior Secondary (12th) education and other vocational courses (Under Self Employment Education Scheme) in India. With the help of educational experts to educate uneducated boys, girls, men and women to uplift the literacy in India. So that they can serve society effectively and with dignity. Board may impart education with international techniques and with stress on moral, mental, physical and social personalities.

Ours is an autonomous body and all educational boards / universities are autonomous bodies. Each educational organization having discretional powers, according to these powers every board | university | state government | Central government of India having the liberty and right to take own decision either to allow or refuse any admission | service. But we are doing our best to make this non formal education program a grant success. All the education programs run by the us are approved programs of MSME Government of India, NITI AYOG, NIESBUD, NIOS, IGNOU and boards own autonomous education programs. Legality, Validity, Utility of the education programs are in strict conformity with the constitution of India and law of the land under Article 19(1) G, 29 & 30

This is to inform you that, AKSVF is an Automatons organization neither a Board | Council nor equivalent with any Govt. Board | Council. The Organization runs non-formal self employment education programs. Anybody can apply in AKSVF for extending open learning facilities in a phased manner at Pre Secondary & Pre Sr. Secondary levels & other Educational program (like as mock test) all over the country and abroad as an independent system with its own curriculum as well as the affiliated Government Bodies examination leading to awarding of certificates. This was intended to address the needs of the needs of students or working professionals in India and abroad to further the cause of spreading education.

Dr. Abdul Kalam Skill and Vision Foundation is a Voluntary Institution & Association “Open Schooling Council” Educational Institute, an autonomous National Body to cater to the needs of heterogeneous group learners up to degree level courses registered under Society & trust act for promotion and development pre-primary level courses, primary level courses, Vocational Stream (7th Std) Vocational Stream-III(12th Std) and other Vocational courses and other Courses in open and distance mode and in some of cases in regular mode on different stream, it is generally established with prime vision and objective to promote and develop the Minority Community who  are unable to get education due to their financial constraints and being placed in the remote areas. The courses of Dr. Abdul Kalam Skill and Vision Foundation (AKSVF) is Voluntary Institution of Open Schooling and autonomous courses in affiliation with MSME Government of India, NITI AYOG, NIESBUD, NIOS, IGNOU and AKSVF, as such the certifications are given by the AKSVF itself. The AKSVF | Board | Council run non formal self employment oriented education programmers only and not gives any job placement guarantees. AKSVF with its network will support the course completed candidates for attending interviews in different sector specific companies, rest will depend on the candidates performances, advised to success candidate that try to best self job AKSVF | Board | Council for Open Schooling & Other Courses for those students who are not able to complete their education in regular mode and wants to complete their education in open and distance mode. AKSVF enjoys statuary status under constitution of India 1950 for its rights to education programs admit student, conduct examination, Evaluates and issue Certificate and Mark Sheets  the area of Operation of AKSVF is having approval to conduct mentioned courses all over India and Abroad through its affiliated study center & authorized examination centers, AKSVF open schooling & other Educational programs is self financing body which meets the recurring and nonrecurring expenditure without any grant in aid either from the central govt. or state govt. All the financial requirements of the Organization from the annual examination charges, institutions affiliation fees and student’s admission fees the jurisdiction of AKSVF stretches beyond the national geographical boundaries. If any student | members | teachers | employees | other person of any institute | center or other person has any dispute with the AKSVF it will be resolved through the committee appointed by AKSVF under arbitration act 1940. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

Letter Issued by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD): It is informed that Ministry of Human Resource Development does not give recognition to education Board; it is also informed that Ministry of HRD does not regulate the setting up education boards.

Letter issued by MHRD: It is informed that Council of Boards of School Education in India (COBSE) is an Registered Society in Delhi Under Societies Registration Act of 1860 No.10221 of 1979 Dated 9May 1979 And Not A Government Authority its Membership is Voluntary & COBSE has Not Given any Authority to Declare an Education Boards as Fake Board 

Under Human Rights Protection Act 1993 Autonomous bodies have been given special protection & Consideration. For further details refer AIR 1993 SC-2178

50% Tax Exemption

The trust has been approved under Section 80G of the Income tax Act. From 1st April, 2017 all tax exemptions will be only as per 80G (50% deduction) as per Government norms.
